Bees Honey and Cinnamon

Health Tips for Bees Honey and Cinnamon

Bees Honey and cinnamon.

It has been found that a mix of bees honey and cinnamon cures most diseases in human beings. Honey contains many substances, which include two kinds of sugar- laevulose, enzymes, many vitamins, small amounts of proteins and acids. That is why honey is good for our health and fitness.

How do Bees Makes Honey?

How many of us know how the honey that we enjoy at our breakfast table each day is prepared? It is an interesting story. Bees live in colonies. A honeybee colony consists of three categories of bees, the workers, the drones and the queen bee. The workers provide food and protection to the colony, the drones or fertile males who mate with the queen, and finally the queen, who lays eggs.Honey is made by the worker bees in the beehive The worker bees have many duties. In the beginning, they clean and polish the hives. After some days, they look after the larvae of the bees. Eventually, they go out to collect the nectar form flowers.

Honey is their food, and so, for the bees, making honey is the most important thing in their duty. That is like collecting food from flowers. The flowers contain sweet liquid called nectar. The bees drink this nectar and carry it to the beehive in their honey sacs. A bee must visit about 1000 flowers to fill its honey sac. The honey sac is located near the belly of the bee. A valve separates it from the belly. The sugar present in the nectar undergoes a chemical reaction. The water present in the nectar evaporates, and honey is formed, which can be stored in the hive for a very long time. The honey is needed for the bee’s colony as food.

There are many ways of extracting honey form the hive. The comb can be squeezed to yield honey. A machine called honey extractor is also available for removing honey from the combs. The color and taste of various kinds of honey vary depending upon nectar of the flowers collected. Honey is produced naturally and commercially in most of the countries of the world. Scientists of today have discovered honey as very effective medicine for all kinds of diseases.

Honey can be used without side effects. Today’s science says that even though honey is sweet, when it is taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm even diabetic patients. For us human beings it has been found that a mix of bees honey and cinnamon cures many diseases.

Cinnamon is a spice that can be purchased in its ground or powdered form or in the form of sticks. The spice more correctly known as cinnamon is harvested from the inner bark of the Cinnamon tree. It is also known as 'Ceylon cinnamon,' a reference to its native country of Sri Lanka. Today, Ceylon cinnamon is commonly grown in Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Brazil, Vietnam and Madagascar, amongst other countries. Ceylon cinnamon has a delicate, nuanced flavor that works well in sweet and savory foods and drinks. It has a paler color than cassia and is comprised of many thin layers of bark rather than a single coiled strip of bark. True cinnamon is soft enough to be ground in a grinder.
